A SIMPLE SIX-STEP PROCESS

This is my usual process for customised writing projects. For brand messaging services, impact reports, and other large-scale projects, there are a few extra meetings and opportunities for feedback.

  1. You book a call with me for a date and time that suits you. We have a quick chat about the writing project you have in mind and how Write Rabbit can help. If we’re both happy that we’re a good match, then I will create a proposal covering your writing requirements.

  2. Once you’ve approved the proposal, we book in a project briefing session. This session is when you’ll share relevant insights into your brand, your customers, and the goals of the project we're working on. We’ll work together to define the best approach to the project.

  3. I research and write, write, write. You receive Version 1 of the project. You provide your feedback on Version 1.

  4. I revise the writing accordingly and deliver Version 2. You provide your second round of feedback.

  5. I make any tweaks or changes and deliver the Final Version.

  6. Once you’ve given me the green light, I’ll send your project off to be professionally proofread. This ensures there are no lingering typos or grammatical errors.

    And that’s it! Your messages and words are ready to roll.
